Notice on Part-work and Part-study Program at School of International Education

According to thework demand, we are now recruiting 10 Chinese undergraduates and International students for the Part-work and Part-study Program. The details are as follows:

I. Requirements

1.The programisopen to all Chinese undergraduates and international students;

2.Applicants shall study hard andhavesparetime to work with International students with high responsibilities;

3.Applicants shall have strong skills inEnglish(listening, speaking, reading and writing)and be good atOffice software such asword, excel, PPTand havestrong communication skills ;

4.Applicants shall have sufficient spare time,bewilling tomakecontributions,and beable to balance between study and work;

5.Applicants who is under financial difficultiesare preferred.

II. AllowanceandAssessment

1.Applicants shallworkfor6-8 hours per weekand30-40 hours per month. The allowance will be paid by hour.Andthe teacher in charge will fill in the monthly work assessment form to determine the workload and the amount of allowanceevery month.

2. A monthly assessment systemwillbe applied to theprogram. Those who pass the assessmentcancontinue the work.Andthose who failwill ceased to work.

III.Application Procedure

1. Registration

Download and fill theattachedApplication Form and send it to zhangala@xjtu.edu.cnbefore24:00 on October 18, 2024.

2.Interview

School of International Education will organize an interview after the registration. Those who pass the assessment will be officially recruited after passing 1 month training.Time and placeof interviewwill be announcedaccordingly.
