According to the actual situation of on-campus accommodation, the regulations for students staying on campus check-out applications are adjusted as follows:
1. Conditions for applying for check-out:
(1) Those whose on-campus accommodation contract expires;
(2) Those who meet the conditions of off-campus accommodation and apply for approval;
(3) Those who have gone through the formalities of dropping out or suspending their studies with the consent of the Education and Management Center of International Student Affairs Office;
(4) Those who have graduated, dropped out of school or delayed graduation.
2. Check-out requirements
(1) Applicants for check-out must meet the requirements and submit the application two weeks in advance;
(2) All students who intend to apply for check-out must go through relevant procedures 48 hours in advance;
(3) All expenses incurred by early or late check-out and late return of keys or cards shall be calculated according to the single-day accommodation fee of the room.
3. Check-out process
(1) Clear out all personal belongings in the room, put the furniture in place and clean the dormitory;
(2) Fill and submit "International Student Apartment Check-out Approval Form to the Education and Management Center of International Student Affairs Office;
(3) Go to the property service center which will send the property service personnel to check the room and complete the "Check-out Inspection Form" registration; then return the key or key card to the inspection personnel.
4. Other relevant provisions
(1) Expenses incurred in applying for living off-campus are subject to system settlement;
(2) Scholarship students who apply for living outside the contract period will not be granted living outside subsidies.
