1. For students whose scholarship include accommodation fees:
Please log in to the accommodation system to complete the extension within 30 days before the accommodation contract expires, and chooseone year for the extended period.
2. For students who are not exempted from accommodation fees:
1) Please log in to the accommodation system one month before the expiration of the accommodation contract to complete the contract extension and accommodation fee payment. If you exceed the deadline, you will not be able to enjoy the discount price.
2) Students who have already exceeded the deadline should go to the property service center to complete offline contract extension and accommodation fees payment. As for students staying at I-harbour campus, you could send email(dorm_sie@xjtu.edu.cn) to inquire about the procedures.
3. System instruction
Log in to the dorm.xjtu.edu.cn and click on “Renew Room” to complete the contract extension and pay with Alipay or Wechat within 24 hours.
