For purposes of ensuring your regular research in a sequential manner as well as well registration for your autumn semester, you are hereby informed as follows,
I. Schedule
1. Students who dwelling in China
a. Xing Qing campus,8:30am-12am,14:30pm-17:00pm, September 11th
b. Yan Ta campus, 8:00am-10am, 15:00pm-17:00pm, September 11th
c. Harbor campus, 9:30am-12am, 14:00pm-17:00pm, September 12th
2. Students who are not allowed to return temporarily
a. Students who are currently dwelling outside China and unable to return without permission of China’s government.
b. Those who are in high and medium risk areas in China (subject to dynamic evaluation updates of national government service platform) and their locations updated to be high and medium risk of epidemic before your departure are not allowed to come to the university temporarily.
c. No evidence of health or your local healthy QR code is yellow or red.
3. Students who are unable to return will register online and please check details for further notification.
II. Prerequisites for Registration
1. Your QR code of health as well as normal body temperature is both needed for your arrival.
2. Students who already obtained permission of entry into China must apply from School of International Education and fill in the epidemic prevention form first. Quarantines, medical supervision and coronovirus tests must be completed as soon as your are permitted to return.
3. The prerequisites above may be revised due to coronovirus situation.
4. You are advised to complete vaccination before your registration for new semester.
III. Preparations for Registration
1. Personal valid ID certificates: passports, student cards, admission notice needed for students of Grade 2021. .
2. Personal protections: appropriate number of masks, gloves, disinfection supplies (hands-free disinfectant, alcohol wipes), etc., in particular for your travel protection.
3. Personal necessities: You are advised to bring your own lunch tableware so that it could serve to build a green campus and avoid cross infection.
IV. Reminder of your travel Safety
1. Take personal protection
On your way to the university, try to less the accompanied and luggage, wear masks throughout the journey, avoid staying in crowded and poorly ventilated places, pay attention to health status of travelers around you and avoid close contact with others.
3. Tackle with an emergency
You must terminate your arrival if your code was updated to yellow or red or you have symptoms such as fever before your departure. Those who already departed should follow the local guidance of the epidemic control department and inform your instructors punctually if you are detected any close contact with the confirmed or suspected cases. Please report to your instructors and university hospitals via 029-82668411 if you have fever and other symptoms on your way back to university.
V. Tips on Campuses’ Entrances
1. The entrances below will be accessible:
Xingqing Campus: South Gate, Southwest Gate, Southeast Gate, West Gate of Teaching Area II.
Yanta Campus: North Gate and West Gate of Medical Campus, North Gate of Finance and Economics, East Gate of Dorm area.
Qujiang Campus: Entrance of West No.3 Apartment Building.
IHabor: Entrances of Heyuan (section A), Huiyuan (section B) and langyuan (section C).
Please note that South Gate of Xingqing campus, East Gate of Yanta campus living area, West Gate of teaching area II, Huiyuan and langyuan apartments of IHarbor will be available in 24 hours and others will be open from 7am to 11pm.
2. Your QR Code of health, plus admission notice will be needed for your entry into campus and body temperature will be checked as well.
3. Please do not wonder in campus and go directly to registration locations. Your luggage will be disinfected by staff and your previous masks and other wasted protections will be processed properly.

c. Harbor campus, yard of Dorm B5.
4. Please wash hands, open windows for ventilation, take off the coat for its cleanness and carry out self-service disinfection for your room after entering the dormitory.
5. Vehicles and strangers are both not allowed to enter campus. The cars could be parked for a little while outside the southwest gate of Xingqing campus. Parents of freshmen are not allowed to enter campus as well. Those who really need to accompany their students must apply from your instructors in advance and they can enter the school only after being approved.
VI. Notes on New Semester
1. The rule for regular campus management
The university implements strict policy on exit and entrance and campus will not be open to outsiders which mean nobody is allowed to go outside. In case that you need to ask for a leave, you should go through approval procedures according to regulations of your academic school.
Personal protection should be well conducted while you outside and avoid staying in crowded places. When returning, it is absolutely necessary to revise your travel track record and body temperature each day. Please report to your instructor punctually if any discomfort found.
Students are advised to diminish online shopping and take-away foods. Take-away deliverymen are not allowed to enter campus.
2. Management of students who live off campus
After entering campus, you should try to travel less and do not go to places unrelated to your study and lab. You are not allowed to enter the students' dorms on campus. Please obey community management of your residential area with a well personal protection
3. on your health management
While entering campus and public places in it, you will be checked and identified by quick temperature detection, code displayed or code scanning. You should immediately contact your instructors if you have fever, the respiratory symptoms and other discomforts. The school hospital works for 24-hour and the duty telephone number is 029-82668411.
4. The rule for Dormitory
You are strongly requested not to visit or assemble. Please maintain a proper social distance for communication and prohibit strangers from entering dorm building.
